Three miles to the west of the city centre, this popular 18 hole municipal course, together with its sibling, Sutton Park, attracts approximately 35,000 visits per year. The wooded parkland course is famed for it's tight fairways, intelligently-placed bunkers and target greens which run exceptionally true.

Use of the clubhouse is available to all golfers. Persons wishing to use this facility must produce their green fee ticket and also abide by the club dress code. The course also has a shop selling drinks and confectionery as well as golf equipment.
