Everyone is welcome at Silvermere. The beautiful surroundings, challenging golf course, friendly bistro, award-winning golf store, impeccable banqueting facilities and informal atmosphere all combine to make you feel relaxed and welcome.

Silvermere has one of the most challenging pay and play courses in the country. The Par 71 course is memorable for its many water features and stunning views. Combining a mature, tree-lined setting and closing with two signature holes over Silvermere Lake, the course fully deserves the many compliments it receives.

The course was designed by Neil Coles and Brian Hugget and opened for play in 1976. Whilst it's not a long course by modern standards, the combination of tree lined fairways and the succession of water holes makes it a particularly challenging course. Playing to your handicap is a real achievement at Silvermere. Being a public golf course, everyone is welcome at Silvermere. You do not need a membership or a handicap certificate to enjoy playing this beautiful course.

Silvermere's long-lasting popularity may be partly due to the fun that is always to be enjoyed at the Inn on the Lake, whether sitting inside by the cosy fire in the Library or out on the large sunny terrace overlooking the lake, watching the other golfers take their chances with the water on the 17th and 18th holes. Enjoy the views of the beautiful lake with a coffee, drink or meal , or come and browse around the Doug McClelland Golf Superstore. Whether you want to play golf, learn to play or you have no interest in golf at all, we're sure that once you know we're here, you'll keep coming back for more.

Directions

Just 5 minutes from the M25 and A3, the golf course is within easy reach not just from Surrey, but also from London and the South East.

FROM THE M25: Leave the M25 at junction 10 (signpost to London (SW), Kingston, Guildford A3) and join the A3 towards London and Kingston. Leave the A3 at the Painshill Junction and join the A245 towards Byfleet. Turn left onto Redhill Road (on the B366) after a quarter of a mile. Silvermere is located on the left-hand side.

FROM LONDON / A3 SOUTHBOUND: Leave the A3 at the Painshill Interchange and join the A245 towards Byfleet. Turn left onto Redhill Road (on the B366) after a quarter of a mile. Silvermere is located on the left-hand side.

PLEASE NOTE: the B366 is NOT accessible from the M25 or A3 at Junction 10.
