Gorstyhill Golf Club is an independent, privately owned 18 hole Golf Course in Cheshire, run primarily as a members course but also welcoming Societies and Green Fees. A combination of beautifully contoured USGA greens, tricky manicured bunkers, natural wetland areas and a variety of ponds provide a spectacular course to appeal to golfers of all levels. The course opened in 2005 and has an excellent team of experienced and knowledgeable greenkeepers. They have already established the course to a superb standard. Greens are playable all year round (excluding frost). Gorstyhill aim to provide a course with sensible times for rounds, a friendly and enjoyable atmosphere and excellent playing conditions.

Current facilities include a well stocked bar with a large comfortable lounge area to relax in. Essential supplies of golf balls, tees and gloves are also stocked in the Golf Shop.

Directions

Location: Wychwood Village off the A531 between Weston and Betley - opposite Wychwood Park.

Directions:

From Junction 16 on the M6, take the A500 towards Nantwich and Keele.
At the first roundabout, take first exit left on the A500 towards Keele.
At the second roundabout, take first exit left onto the A531.
After 300m, take the first exit left at the roundabout onto the new development.
The temporary Clubhouse is the first building on the right, an overspill Car Park is opposite (on the left).
Please do not park on the entry road, as it must be kept clear for lorries and works traffic.
