A true golfers paradise, De Vere Belton Woods is home to the Midland PGA Championship Tournament. Set in 475 acres of tranquil Lincolnshire countryside, De Vere Belton Woods offers you the perfect blend of golf and relaxation. The surrounding terrain has been a leading component in the creation of our two Championship length courses. The vast Lincolnshire parklands have given us the opportunity to create one of the longest Par 5's in Europe at 609 yards, the 9th Lakes is a test for any golfer - the bunker-lined fairway makes every shot a challenge! The Lakes course is quite a difficult course for high handicappers. Lakes are placed in front of greens and therefore affect approach shots - with one or two requiring a considerable carry to hit the green. The purchase of a Strokesaver is a must for any first time visitor. After you have worked up an appetite, you can enjoy a choice of dining experience, from the exciting cuisine in our Manor Brasserie to the more informal atmosphere of Plus Fours Country Carvery, or a light snack in Spikes Bar. Follow signs for Belton House. From the South A1 to Gonerby Moor Services, ignoring previous signs for Grantham, turn right onto B1174 towards Great Gonerby. Follow directions as above.
