Situated on the outskirts of Norwich, our easily accessible club is an ideal venue for all your social and golfing requirements. Set in over 120 acres of rolling Norfolk countryside, Glen Lodge, now home to the Bawburgh Golf Club, offers the ideal venue for both social and golfing events. The always interesting and often demanding golf course was established in the early 70's, whilst the Scandinavian style Glen Lodge, overlooking the 18th green, was added in the mid 90's. With our golf driving range and golf academy, you need look no further when searching Norfolk for a suitable venue for all.
The 6209 yard SSS 70 Glen Lodge golf course is full of character and presents a variety of challenges to golfers of all abilities with its undulating landscape, trees and lake. The main feature is a large glacial swale which meanders its way down to the River Yare, creating many interesting tee and green locations.
The best hole without doubt is the very challenging par four 18th which is generally regarded as one of the finest in the county. At 460 yards it requires a long, accurate second shot to clear the lake in front of the elevated green.

Situated directly off the A47 Norwich Southern bypass.
From the A47, follow the signs for Costessey Park & Ride and the Royal Norfolk Showground. Go past the Costessey Park & Ride and just look for the sign on your right for Glen Lodge (Bawburgh) - it's about half a mile from the Park & Ride.
